Our nile trip is hard to put into words. The onboard help was outstanding. We felt so pampered and well taken care of the entire trip. The food was outstanding and it was wonderful to taste foods from Egypt. Thank you for a experience that will be hard to beat.

Our vacation in Egypt included 3 nights aboard the Farah. It was not one of the highlights of our vacation. My spouse has mobility issues so climbing three flights of stairs to enjoy the outdoor deck and pool area was difficult. (I understand that the ship will be modified to include an elevator when it goes into dry dock in September2025). The staff on board were always willing to assist when climbing the stairs or exiting via the gangway. Our excursions were strenuous and when we returned to the ship we were tired, so the opportunity to relax onboard was limited. The sun deck was beautiful with comfy lounges, sparkling pool and covered outdoor dining area. The odor of fuel was evident throughout the ship but was tolerable. The rooms are standard size for river boats with ample storage space, although the bathrooms had no shelves for toiletries. Housekeeping service was great and the dining room servers were friendly and ever-present. I don't consider the Farah a luxury ship because the hotels that we utilized during our vacation were, indeed, 5-star luxury accommodations with top quality food service and amenities. Compared to other river boat cruise ships that we've experienced, the Farah is adequate, but not luxurious.

This is a dream boat. Thank you to all the team on board.Beautiful meals prepared by Mr Ahmed (F&B) and his chefs, they make everyone feel special, the whole team are kind and helpful and create a wonderful variety of meals. Nothing is too much trouble. Relaxation was a key activity dusted between the ancient sights. A must is a massage with Madonna her hands are simply amazing. Anyone who is lucky enough to stay on the Farah will be spoilt. Cabin are small but perfectly fine for 2, huge bathroom with a tub, lovely bed linens. Super clean. The whole ship is modern and crisp in its decor, highly maintained. Would love to return.

The staff was top notch from the moment we were on board. They were amazing during every event and every meal. Always willing to help.

**Cruise Review: Disappointing Experience**

My recent cruise experience aboard the Farah left much to be desired. Despite the allure of luxury and relaxation, several factors contributed to an overall disappointing journey.

Firstly, the rooms were exceptionally tiny, failing to provide the comfort and space expected for the price paid. At a hefty $7,000 US for just three nights, the exorbitant cost far outweighed the value received.

Compounding the issue was the lack of flexibility and customer service exhibited by the management. When requesting an alternate room for our children, we were met with an additional demand of $1,500 US, highlighting a disregard for customer satisfaction.

The tipping point occurred when, dissatisfied with the conditions, we opted to check out after just one night. Despite our dissatisfaction, the management refused to adjust the bill and insisted on full payment, leaving us feeling trapped and undervalued as customers.

However, amidst the disappointment with Farah, there was a silver lining. Upon transitioning to the Nile style cruise, we found ourselves in an entirely different experience. Not only were our needs promptly accommodated, but we were also provided with a separate room for our children. Remarkably, we could extend our trip for an additional two nights at a fraction of the cost demanded by Farah for a single room.

In conclusion, our experience aboard the Farah proved to be a regrettable waste of money, failing to live up to the hype surrounding it. With inadequate accommodations, poor customer service, and inflexibility in addressing concerns, it's clear that Farah falls short of providing a satisfactory cruise experience.

This cruise line screams excellence. friendly, elegance, and high-end food. From the moment we arrived, we were treated at the highest level that one could imagine. We had an opportunity to take advantage of their masseuse which my wife claims is one of the best experiences she has ever had in a spa. We also were able to purchase jewelry on board which we found to be very reasonable and again all the interactions With each, and everyone of the staff was fantastic. The rooms were spacious. The bedding was fantastic all the bathroom amenities exceeded our expectations. I cannot say enough positive things about this cruise line.

The Farrah is the pinnacle of luxury and pleasure. I was catered to by the staff on all levels. I wish the boat to have taken me to all of my stops on my tour. The accommodates, food, entertainment and the pleasant staff made this the one of the high points of my trip. Thank you so much.

Ms. Farah is one of the most luxurious boats sailing the Nile. There is entertainment most evenings in the beautiful lounge. The upper deck, with small swimming pool, is elegantly decorated and perfect for viewing life along the shores. When we weren't exploring tombs in the Valley of the Kings or visiting the Karnak Temple, I enjoyed a wonderful massage at the spa and browsing thru the small shops onboard. I cannot close without sending my compliments to the chef for the opulent meals he gave us and to the sincerely courteous crew, who really want you to have a good time!

We had an incredible trip. The staff was so attentive and kind. We traveled as a group of 7 with a wide range of ages. The food was abundant and was high quality. There was a large variety for all different dietary needs. The entertainment was perfect and all travelers aboard the ship had a wonderful time. The rooftop pool and lounge was spectacular. I had no idea the weather would be so wonderful in December. It was the best trip ever.

Our family had an incredible experience on the Farah Nile Cruise! The staff were all so kind, pleasant and accommodating. They were always full of smiles and joy and wanted to be sure your experience was wonderful. Food was delicious and and service was great!

Everything was great but there is a safety hazard in the dining room. Raised platforms are dangerous. A guest fell backwards off one of these & was severely bruised!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Accommodations were clean and very comfortable.

Absolutely every member of your staff, from the dining room to the room, attendance and shop keepers, were friendly and aimed to be of service. They also seem to be sincere in this service, not just working towards getting an extra tip at the end of the cruise.
