Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. Not honoring the advertised fare. Claiming that the airline didn't "accept" the fare? Then why bother advertising it? Called saying that this fare is not available, it did not include checked bags which would be $120 more and then advertising that another higher fare from a different airline. This is a classic "Bait N Switch ". Buyer beware

As others experienced they wouldn't honor the original prices. After I declined to purchase anything I received a bunch of fraudulent charges on my credit card. Big scam company who completes just enough orders to stay in business but will use any opportunity to scam you.

I had the absolute pleasure of being presented by Stella. She helped me from the beggining to the end of the booking. We had a difficult time with LOT-Polish Airlines for almost 3 days, but Stella became my advocate until I received all of the Special Requests that was required for my father to fly safely. She even helped me save money when the airlines wanted to charge me more. Unbelievable. Will absolutely be booking again ans specifically with Stella.

What a scam. They offer low fares but then call to say your booking could not be confirmed and try to convenience you to book at a higher price - $150 more than the advertised price. AVOID them!

Don't ever book your flight with this company!!

First of all, if you book your flight with this company, they will call you and ask for an additional payment, which will make your flight more expensive than what is advertised on the airline's website. If you ask them to cancel, they will inform you that, according to their terms, they are unable to do so. They will impose various fees or charges at their discretion.

Secondly, I booked a flight with them that was supposed to include 2 checked bags. However, when I arrived at the airport, the airline informed me that my reservation did not include any checked bags, and I had to pay the full price, which was -$120. I contacted FareBuddies and requested a refund, but it has been 2 months, and I still haven't received my money back. The representatives keep claiming that they don't see my emails with the purchase receipts, or that it's is non-refundable, or they simply can't find my email request. Furthermore, they have hung up on me at least 5 times already.

I will never book a flight with them again!

They booked my trip. But they called me after that. They said. If you want to do this trip We should be charged you +$500 extra. Crazy.

Was one of the lucky ones I called my credit card bank and wanted to get balance and saw where my ticket was not charged. Tried to get in touch with farebuddies then read the reviews well I cancelled my credit card.

This is the best site I have come across so far. These people with assist you with everything from booking the tickets to boarding into the plane. I really liked the service. Every time I have to fly I just call them, tell them the requirements and boom they keep me covered. Alicia, Adriana, Justin, Luisa, Gloria and few others that I don't remember the names of are so helpful. If you wanna fly just call them and you don't have worry about anything.
I don't know what people have to say but they offer cheap flights as well and they don't even take any extra for the service. So just go and book.

If I could give 0 stars I would… just stay away from these scammers. They sell their fares and then when you call to verify, they come up with some excuse as to why they can’t issue the ticket, then they will try to up sell you another ticket. They make you waste your time, and they’re the rudest people ever. Just save yourself the trouble and don’t book anything with them.

I booked a ticket for $1082 which clearly said with baggage. Next day I receive an email saying your booking is on hold we tried contacting you many times. Did not receive a single call from them. When i called they said will have to pay extra for bags. This is an international flight who pays for bags at the airport. They are clearly trying to cheat customers. Shouldn't this be written on their website - EXTRA payment for bags. The person in charge was obnoxious, loud and extremely rude - Ms Stella Johnson who is in charge. I have a photo of their website where it says baggage included. Worst experience in my 20 years of travel to India

After Booking the Flight with FareBuddies , Customer Service call and say we want to let you know that you don't have luggage with your booking, You have to pay extra $130. But Turkish airline give you 2 luggage for Free if you book with someone else ! horrible company and customer Service started shouting when I said no to paying extra money for luggage ! :@

I really appreciated the way Andrew Watson helped us with the boarding passes specially the day before we had so many things in our heads we truly appreciated the personal attention and one less thing to worry about. We had never experienced such a service. Thanks again.
