Nick was my travel agent and he went above and beyond to get me the best deal both financially and time wise. At the end the airline would not allow me to pick my seats although it was first class (seat map “not available” on the airline website). Nick was able to get screenshots on his end and send to me and we were able to secure seats together with family. Thank you Nick!

I bought 3 business class tickets this summer from the USA to Europe. While I was in Europe, some issues came up and I had to cancel my return flight. I contacted Farefuzz for a cancellation and requested a partial refund. They promised they would refund me, but 4 months later, they disappeared. At first, they kept giving me “today or tomorrow” excuses. Eventually, they just vanished. It’s a complete scam.
