Excellent experience. Julia explained the process very well and went through all of the information I needed to know about the procedure beforehand. She listened to what I wanted to achieve and was very gentle so I barely felt any pain!

I honestly can’t recommend Jay enough. I went to him because I had a completely hollow mid-face, deep nasolabial folds, a malar crease, and under-eye hollows that made me look so tired and older than I felt. Now, I look youthful, fresh, and honestly beautiful—but in such a natural way that it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what’s changed.

Jay is amazing. He takes so much time to really explain everything—why the hollowness was happening, the anatomy behind it, and exactly how he was going to fix it. I’ve never felt safer or more confident in anyone’s hands. He just gets it and makes you feel completely comfortable.

The results? Stunning. My face looks balanced and glowing, and I genuinely feel like the best version of myself. It’s subtle but transformative—I still look like me, just refreshed and youthful. It’s taken years off me and I wish I’d done it sooner!

I found Jay through instagram, his lip enhancement photos were very impressive! I booked in, not really knowing which treatment I would need, I knew my lower face/jowls were my biggest concern and of course I wanted his signature lips! Jay took his time discussing my concerns and gave me a few options with what could be achieved. It was refreshing not to feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions.
