We've got to admit it was one of our favourite evening events this year having run a couple, some fantastic people attended the event - thank you for choosing to spend your evening with us. 10/10 experience for little ones and value for money!
I booked myself and my little one onto the Halloween arts and crafts, he is only 18 months so was below the recommended ages but thought we’d give it a go as we only live down the road and is too young for trick or treating.
He absolutely loved it, lots of different little crafts to do, lots of spooky decorations and little games/books to look at and play with around the farm shed, a hay bale maze outside with mini wheelbarrows perfect for those little hands. I think the ticket also included pumpkin carving (pay additional small fee for pumpkin) which we didn’t do as he wouldn’t have enjoyed it at his age. 10/10 we spent a couple of hours here, excellent value for money and everyone was so friendly. We’ll definitely be visiting again.

I did go home for a break as you mightve guessed, but then just been back up for a good hour cleaning ready for tomorrow.. so this was heart warming to receive as i just stepped back through the door. I used a coupon to complete my order , they contacted me to cancel it and refused to let me use it despite the fact that they’d left the coupon active and weren’t even apologetic

I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve had a negative experience—that’s never something I want anyone to feel when dealing with us.
I’m a little confused, though. After reaching out to you by email to ask how best we could resolve the issue, I didn’t receive a reply to my last message. I initially contacted you just 10 minutes after your order was placed, as I noticed it had been made using a 100% discount code that wasn’t intended for public use named 'TEST'.
Resolving the situation was made more difficult because your booking was for a group of six people to attend the farm for free, but no contact number was provided. That meant I had no way to reach you quickly in case of any issues.
Thank you for replying the next day and explaining that you’d found the unadvertised discount code through a browser extension that automatically applies any available codes. I’ve now removed that code to prevent future confusion.
I did apologise in my follow-up email and explained that I couldn’t honour the 100% discount, but I did offer an alternative as a goodwill gesture. I’m genuinely sorry that you chose to leave a one-star review before we had a chance to fully resolve things.
I understand your disappointment—especially if you believed the discount was valid—but the code was left active for internal testing purposes and wasn’t meant to be publicly accessible.
As a micro business in our second year of running Halloween Pumpkin Patch Days, we’re still learning and improving. Your original booking on 11th October for the 31st was cancelled by me on 12th October, and no payment was taken.
With all that in mind, and despite the misunderstanding, I truly hope you and your family have a wonderful Halloween.

A wonderful Easter treat
A wonderful Easter treat was bottle feeding lambs. We had the best time cuddling and feeding the lambs. A wonderful experience for the children, who loved learning about the lambs, painting eggs and sowing seeds. A well run family event. We were made very welcome and it was extremely well organised with excellent facilities. We will be back for future events. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Thanks Angela, we do have an option for cheaper postage by royal mail. Also, we don't add any money onto the cost of our APC service which is a fully insured service. I hope that that the total cost of getting your breakable items was still very competitive. Thank you for your feedback. It is tricky finding a happy medium between a service that works and is also good value.

Great customer service
They were very accommodating. Good customer service. Even offered me an opportunity for an early delivery of my tree which I took, even giving me notice on exact time of delivery. The tree was good quality. First time I bought a Xmas tree from this company will return in future.
