Thank you for the feedback, George. Upon retesting your samples we are still confident in that the plants are genetically female but expressing pollen sacs (hermie plant). Unfortunately our tests do not detect herm plants or herm traits. Regardless, we hope that you can utilize the 5 free replacement kits we provided and that you have a better experience in the future.

Jackson, at Farmer Freeman, was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and supportive to my wife and I. I will never forget his empathy towards us.
Farmer Freeman was not able to complete testing on our sample as, apparently, there is no test for the tree sample that we sent them.
Jackson took time to explain to me where I might find a test for what we needed and gave us a full refund when he absolutely did not have to, as it was my fault for sending the sample to him without realizing that, seemingly, absolutely nobody, anywhere in the world, provides the services that we need. At least, they are not advertising it.
I highly encourage everyone who is contemplating using Farmer Freeman to not hesitate, as this is an extremely reputable company that provides a needed service for a great price. Plus you will know that there are great people working there who will treat you as a person and not just a number or a problem.
We need more people just like Jackson in this world.

Piece of cake doing business with these folks. Test kits arrived quickly, samples were taken and very easy to send back to Farmer Freeman. Had the results two days after having been received at their lab. Have used their services multiple times. Always first rate.
