Ashley Black is a scam artist. She and her family lie and manipulate reviews. It’s a grift of the highest. The tools are cheap and break after a few uses and you have to pay a nice chunk of money to get a replacement. The influencers aren't even real. She doesn’t care if the tool breaks, or if you throw it in the closet, as long as you buy it. What a sham. I fell for it and am out close to $1000,00 for a shit piece of plastic made in China, that inevitably will break. Not to mention the loose skin you will get from your skin detaching from your fascia. Your skin will literally detach. She and her family delete all the negative reviews and have the same people giving 5 star reviews over and over again. Don't fall for it. I sure could use that money right about now. I’m sure Ashley is enjoying her million dollar mansion in Costa Rica, where the USA cant touch her and her stupid drawn on eyebrows right about now. I’m telling my truth and don't want any other people falling for this scam.

I can see in these reviews people who are associated with the company (influencers, people with the fasciablaster academy and direct relatives of Ashley Black. This is fraud on the part of the Ashley Black/Fasciablaster company to make these fake reviews. The products are cheaply made and break easily and they make you pay all kinds of fees for replacment, so the "money back guarantee" isn't all it's cracked up to be.
I have fasciablasters and I would be inclined to trust the company far more if they weren't doing shady business practices such as this.

I purchased the fascia blaster stick when it was first marketed. Ashley recommended to blast as hard as you could handle and promised the bruises were because of “car wrecked” fascia. She also promised it would get worse before it got better. Well after years of trying to undo what was harmed to my body using this piece of garbage I will forever be on prescription medications.
My arms, legs and stomach will never looked as they did before. I would not recommend this product to my worse enemy. Ashley has used photoshop ads in the past but now she has resorted to Ai and now even surgery to correct her own damage caused by her products. Do yourself a favor and search her unedited photos and videos and ask yourself if that is the look you are wanting to achieve. All of her FB pages are monitored and any negative comment or even question are deleted. If you belong to a group on FB discussing the adverse affects of her products you will not be allowed to join unless you withdraw from the adverse group. Her credentials are all questionable and her “sciencey” is not real science. She sued the focus groups participants when they reported negative results using the product.

The product broke and fell apart after three uses. Terrible product

3 uses and it was cracked. Batch sticker came off with oil use like it was recommended, tried to return / replace but the return form just didn't go through which I'm assuming without the batch number on the sticker that came off would have been refused anyway.

I bought my first fascia Blaster 13 years ago for myself for personal use and then I started using it on my clients. My body totally transformed from head to toe using this fascia blaster three to five times per week 3 to 5 minutes in each area. I have lost over 90 lb and have had six children and I don't have one inch of bad fascia quote cellulite On my body. I will continue to always use Ashley's tools and now for the wonderful electric fascia blaster has made my job easier and my clients.

I love what Ashley has created. My body has transformed with her tools and all my family uses them too. I used to suffer from chronicn pelvic pain for over 8years and after 2 weeks of FasciaBlasting my pain was gone and my tissue was smooth. I was able to smooth the adhesions from my pelvic area with the tools vs having to do tons of painful internal manual therapy. I am truly amazed at the power of the Fasciablasters and encourage anyone starting their journey to really take time to learn about the body and fascia. Once you do, it can change your whole life! I was then also able to smooth out my cellulite, restore blood flow in my full body...may legs never get cold now like they used to! I smoothed scar tissue in my arm, was able to get more access to muscles and as a fitness professional that was everything to me! The FasciaBlaster tools and Nexcia work, listen to your body and get into a blasting groove. Take pictures!! I did and it works! The New NEXCIA is next level and I am sooo happy with my new purchase!

Although the plastic seemed very durable and well made, and supposedly made in USA, after less than 10 uses my mini blaster cracked and then broke. So much for quality.

I placed an order several months ago for a fachia blaster. There was no mention that the product was backordered before or after the order was placed. Money was charged to my card, and when I emailed a month later to ask about shipping info or a refund, I was told it would ship before mid-March. To me it looks like the business model is charge people, then actually use the money to produce the product. I have asked for a refund once more. This business is not honest or transparent.

The actual tools are supposed to be used fairly lightly - certainly not hard enough to break - if it breaks, you are pushing too hard. That's it. I am a Remedial Therapist with over 30 years of experience, and I've been spruiking fascia for 2 decades, teaching patients how to self-treat, and one thing I have found over and over again - people expect a lot of pressure is what is needed in order to affect a deep and lasting change, and that is just not the case. If you are using any tool on your body and it breaks, it is not the tool that is at fault - you are pushing too hard. Skin brushing hugely affects fascia - why? Because it is light and consistent movement - and it doesn't hurt. If you skin brush over an area that is sensitive - and repeat the process several times a day for around 10-15 minutes, you WILL effect change - gentle change, and it will be long-lasting. Hundreds of patients over the years have said this to me 'You can go as hard as you like' - and I always say - 'Thankyou, I am'. What they mean is that they want to feel a level of pain because they believe that is what is necessary for the pain they are used to feeling to go away. Essentially any pain they expect me to inflict will be 'louder' to their nervous system than their usual pain. There might be some healing, but not what I can effect by using much lighter movements. These tools are awesome - that said - you can use many items you already have to effect these changes - maybe start with a hairbrush - use it several times a day - THEN, if you feel moved to, graduate to specific fascia tools like these.

I ordered one of their sets on sale and used it as suggested. Wiithin 40 days one of the claws broke off of the small blaster. I emailed them immediately about the breakage and after filling out a lengthy form, submitting pictures and way too many emails, I was told it could be replaced but I had to pay for shipping and handling. Clearly the product was not made well and should be replaced at no charge to the customer. They have horrible customer service and I will NEVER purchase from them again. They lost many customers because of the way they handled my damage issue. I am in wholesale/retail and would never deny a good customer a new product when it was clearly a manufacturing issue with the product.

Absolute scam. Don’t buy!!! I purchased the mini paddle blaster and used it once right away to ensure I liked it. I then went on a several week vacation and when I returned I used it and a claw fractured off on my leg and the next swipe, another one fractured off. I contacted customer service and they sent me instructions on how to file a report of defect. Let’s just say it was ridiculously extensive-3 photos, pic of serial number etc. the breakage report is 3 pts long! You would think the thing cost $10,000 rather than $68. Then after waiting for response, (you can’t reach a person by phone), I was told I “qualified for a replacement “ but have to pay $28.82 for S&H for new one! What??? I see on Amazon multiple complaints about the same product with photos matching mine so they know this is an issue and want to extort money to cover their costs. So I said just refund me and forget the replacement. Nope. I have to pay $18 to ship this broken thing back to them (why??) and then they will refund the difference. Disgusting.

Do not buy from the fraudulent company! They do not send all of the products you order and then refuse to send a replacement or give you a refund! I have had to open a dispute with PayPal and my credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Cheaply made products but expensive. Mine broke within weeks and when you contact customer service they make you jump through hoops to try to get a replacement and then you have to pay to have a replacement shipped out.

I have several of their products. The small face blaster broke little by little. For weeks I have been emailing back and forth. Long story short, made me jump through hoops to get a discounted offer. First their page was outdated and couldn't submit, then my picture files were too large to submit, 12 emails later it did not qualify. You will never prove it was a manufacturer defect. Awful customer service.

I would rate the actual product more than three, My problem is with Ashley Black I have purchased a total of 6 items from her. As we all know they are not cheap
The large blaster with double rows broke about 6 or 8 months ago I contacted her company and sent pictures with an initial response but a follow-up So I did not have the money to replace So I glued it and it worked fine About 3 weeks ago another, I call it a flower broke off Then 2 days ago another flower broke and I was using on my stomach When it broke it left 3 cuts in my stomach about 5 to 6 inch long I have always taken extremely good care of all these products Due to the cost and my ability to replace them So this is 3 flowers that have broke into pieces and with her track record in how I was treated the first time I hesitated to write this Her customer service has been non-existent If I remember I paid $225.00 for the double row blaster and I believe this one was just compromised in the production and I do not want to blame anyone but I want it replaced as anyone would I believe I just feel like it is going to be the same response as before - "nothing" Very sad for a company to have this poor customer service

I just went to check the Savage blaster for damage I didn't realize but it has 10 damaged Flowers 2 that are completely broken off 2 that I reglued and 6 that are cracked This is why I think it is a defective product

Terrible customer service when trying to return product. I had to email several times for them to process my return. They had my returned products for eight weeks before I could get a refund. You can only reach them by email too. Never again.
