Their customer service is terrible
Their customer service is terrible. I emailed a question and a month later have not received a response. I tried phoning them, but no answer. Products are nice, but over priced.

Not Happy
When I first went to the website, I found an outfit I liked. There wasn't a size, so I opened a chat. The chat was not online, but it said that I leave my name and email address, and I would get a reply. I waited and waited. I even added more to the chat because it suggested it. And I waited and waited. I never got an email with the answer to my question. Not knowing, I choose something else. I based my size on the cup size of the product. When I received it, I tried and couldn't close the corset because if I did I wouldn't be able to breathe. Then there are no exceptions for returns, which really sucks. I probably will go to the actual store from now on. The other items were satisfactory.

Horrible Customer Service
I did not receive one of the items I ordered, but instead received a duplicate of another item. I have emailed the company four times with no response or indication of how they plan to resolve the issue. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I do not want the item replaced at this time, I would just like a refund. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Very good options but the filters are way too confusing and not that useful tbh. It’s almost like you have to look at all 6000 options to find what you want. Page by page with only limited number of items per page is not that helpful either. Items should be tagged better so your search is more efficient. Love the store, love the online options, but you should fire your internet page creator.

Horrible Customer Service
I was given an item that had only one function when it was supposed to have 12, gave me a half-empty bottle of lube, and avoided me when I requested refunds or a replacement item. I am very disappointed with this customer service and would like some sort of compensation.
