I ordered Oakley Encoder and mistake with the color. I sent them an email right after the order and they got back to me within few hours and changed to the correct color.
After few days I received an email with the tracking number.
It arrived to Spain after about 2 weeks (I chose the registered shipping).

Having read so many bad reviews that this company is a scam has caused alot of anxiety. However, I did receive my coach bag and customer service was good. They responded very promptly to my email and the status of the shipping from USA to Singapore was updated by FedEx in real time.
