Bad service, I ordered sneakers and it was not what I ordered even the size was wrong .worse the sneaker has too many faults and when I ask for a refund they don't answer calls , emails and even WhatsApp messages. They are very unprofessional 👎

What terrible customer service, I have paid in full on Tuesday and wanted an overnight courier as instructed. No answer. Today I get a message telling me the price for over night but it is now 3 days since I placed my order so now I fall into the delivery guidelines of between 1-2 working days for delivery and they have not even tried to contact me. I am going to cancel my order as these shoes are meant for a function tomorrow. What makes it worse is that the business is in Bantry Bay Cape Town and I live in Gardens Cape Town, literally 15 min drive. Unacceptable and so dissaponting

I want to order an Womans shoes (size 5). What size do I order. Is the Adidas Samba Vegan White Gum sneakers for ladies or men

Received my order in time and is good quality.

I am very disappointed with Fashion Crib SA. I ordered the Air Max Plus Drift “Phantom Cacao Wow”
but the size was too big. I contacted them immediately to request a return and refund, but it has now been over a week with no reply at all.

I sent emails and tried calling, but the company has not responded. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for online purchases. I still have the shoes unused in their original packaging, yet I can’t get any assistance.

I am now considering reporting this to the Consumer Commission if they continue ignoring my messages.

I do not recommend this store unless they improve their communication and customer support.

I ordered a sneaker on the 2Nd November 2025,as the site says 5 Working days delivery.On Friday I call to enquire no answer.A wassup message says my parcel is out on delivery.Onky to get a message from the courier guy at 15.50 saying it's collected now.I.orderd it for a event ... Nevertheless the customer service is just not satisfactory at all ..Not purchasing here again

This is a drop ship and unreliable store. I have retuned my shoes as the colour was not accurate as per photo. I asked for a refund and just get excuses I am still waiting for my refund. It’s been frustrating they make excuses and take long to reply. Do not waste your time

I bought 2 pairs of sneakers only to find out that it's counterfeit, no response via email, I have requested for a refund but nothing yet. Please assist ASAP

Poor service experience, I made and fully paid order #34287, and it has completed a full week without any response from the company as to the status of the order. Even their tracking platform not helpful at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED

No communication from the company (WhatsApp or answering calls ) overall , surprisingly , they delivered.

Your product was not as shown on the website and i have been trying to get in touch with you guys but no luck ,i find it weird that you are quick to respond when i was buying but nkw you can't respond when i want to return a product that im clearly not satisfied with
