⭐⭐ Very disappointing — the dress is completely transparent

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The dress I received is completely see-through and looks nothing like what I expected from the photos on the website.

The sizing is also completely wrong. The dress does not correspond to the measurements stated in FashionLaura’s size chart. The fit is very different from what their size guide indicates.

For the price, I expected a much better quality product. Unfortunately, this dress is simply unwearable.

I do not recommend this store or this dress. Very disappointing experience.

The WORST customer service ever. I brought 2 dresses same style 1 in s and 1 in m with the 8-12 day delivery I paid 10 pounds for!!!! Come 10 days still no information of my clothes being sent. So I sent them an email they replied 2 days later going you ordered 2 things the same just wanted to make sure you wanted both. I go so you’ve waited 12 days to ask me that when I paid for extra fast delivery! never respond I’ve waited another 5 days for them to go sorry about that we will cancel your order and refund you when did I ever STATE I wanted to cancel just absolutely appalling customer service

Last month I bought a pair of denim shorts. Unfortunately, when they arrived, the zipper was broken and it didn't slide smoothly. I had to contact the customer service and send them some pictures. They offered compensation and re-sent a new pair of pants to me. This made me very touched. The timely customer service and assistance were truly remarkable. Next time I will definitely purchase from here.

Product was very different from picture and when writing to ask for the adres to return they informed me that they do not accept returns.
I have informed them that they are required to do so by European law, but they refuse and are no longer responding to emails.

The shoes look amazing and they make my legs look so long. They're actually more comfortable than I expected for a platform. Only downside is they're a bit heavy, so I wouldn't wear them for a full day of walking.

It was truly an excellent shopping experience. The delivery speed was even faster than expected. The quality of the clothes I received was excellent, and they also sent me a small gift. What a pleasant surprise.

I purchased 2 pairs of earrings and the company accidentally made a mistake with the order.
When I contacted their customer service , they were able to rectify it very quickly.
They have made it a very good experience.

Great website for gathering dresses when I found one of my dream dresses from FashionLaura I immediately purchased without hesitation. It took one week for it to arrive I could track the delivery as well which is amazing! I”ll for sure tell my friends about FashionLaura so they could try out the dresses.

I am writing to share a recent experience I had at your outlet store, which I found quite disappointing. I have been a long time customer of Laura, and this interaction did not reflect the level of service I have come to expect from your brand.
On March 22, between approximately 3.00pm and 3.30pm, I visited your outlet location to return a top I had purchase online on Feb 28.I ordered my usual size (Large),but unfortunately, the item did not fit as expected and was too big.
When I approached the cashiers to request a return, exchange or even store credit ,I was informed that none of these options were available due to the item being a final sale and outside the 14 days return period. While I understand store policies, I was particularly disappointed with the manner in which this was communicated.
Both cashiers were dismissive and did not take the time to listen to my concerns. There were no effect to offer alternative solutions, nor was there any expression of empathy or apology for the inconvenience. Even when I asked if i could exchange the item for a smaller size or receive a store credit , my request were declined without consideration.
As a loyal customer who has made numerous purchases over the years, I found this experience very discouraging. I believe that customer service, especially for a band of your reputation, should reflect professionalism, courtesy , and a willingness to assist.
I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and consider a possible resolution. Additionally, I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward.
I reached out to their customer service but answer was no I can't get an refund, return or exchange. Is this their customer service. Please be careful when buying from them. And its a very expensive band I brought that top for $ 66 + tax. You also can get same experience with disappointment. Top is just normal top. After like more than 6 years of buying and I left only with disappointment.

If I could rate no stars I would, the dresses I ordered, nothing, absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised, won’t accept refund or return because it’s a “store rule that they can only accept returns if the sizing is incorrect on their end or if there is a serious quality issue” which btw again the dresses were nothing like the photos. Terrible customer service and liars!!

Avoid this website- the clothes that were delivered are a different colour to the ones pictured (still blue but completely different shade). I have been emailing them for 2 weeks simply asking to make a return and am being messed around. After two weeks I was this morning offered a ‘partial refund to save me the hassle of returning’.
Complete waste of time- Avoid!!

sizing is all over the place. way too long for me to actually wear. looks like i’m stuck paying a tailor to chop the length before i can use it.
