Was trying to look up something and the app timed out had to input all the information again. I think 30 minutes for the app to hold if you need to do something isn't out of the question. Maybe you the application has to lift a credit freeze, look up information pertaining to unsecured bills or other things. To have to restart is a bit much, especially if you have other issues going on during the application process ijs. But thanks.
