Withdrew on the 1st june, we are now on the 10th and nothing. I thought it was odd around the 5th so I checked they're FAQ's , if you don't check th3 FAQ terms and conditions what u won't know is you have to send in atleast 4 forms of ID they don't tel you this by email or anything you are expected to research it yourself. Anyway we are on the 10th June, I havnt received my winnings yet and honestly I don't think I will. I'll be surprised if I do. It feels like a scam

Bad experience conserning setling bets that are winning. The same bascetball game that my bets were loosing , those bets were setlled as loose right after the game have ended, but all my wining bets for the very same game are still pending ( 4 days untill now )from 15.04.2026 april 15 th and 16th. I have 11 bets in total pending to be setled, i tried to contact via live chat and they do replay( compare to other sites ) where you might not get answer. Today is 19th april 2026 , 4 days i wait for my bets to be setled. The real problem is that player dont have access to your history of bets , you can see only time of the placed bet anf the amount of money that you bet , there is not showing for example arsenal game over 2.5 goals total, no, i ask them to provide me with my real bet id but they only answeed , your bets are loose, i want them to show me the bet , because i am 100 percent sure that bascetball game that i bet on, my bets are winning. i was folowing the same game on bet365 until the last moment. About withdrawal they are honest and they process fast. But if you are good player on sportbooks they use this dhirty tricks to slow you down , not paying the wining bets, not able even to provide you with your bet. The woman on their customer suport answred yesterday sending me link from bascetball game played yesterday 18.04.2026 telling me that i have bet on that game from yesterday 18.04.2026 my bets are lost, but i am asking about bets from 4 days ago and 3 days ago. There is no missunderstanding here, eather they think i will give up from my money ore the woman on customer suport is stupid.
I am disapointed and if they continue this way they will loose customers.

As far I was loosing money, everything work fine. From time to time I got even bonus. Don’t play at this website! There are many websites that are way better and similar to their speed of payout (Turbico for example). Once you play here and win they are able to cancel your withdraw and roll it back as a bonus which you can’t withdraw after. Further when you lose even with high amounts (+€1000) they are not able to add a bonus while at other websites they are able to offer you good bonuses or even a cashback.

2 months after you put money in your account at Fastbet the take it away, empty your account, and then they tel you that it was you bonus. Bonus can only use for 2 months.
