Not fast enough
Not fast enough. Ordered from here and it took 2 weeks to get what I needed. I found a more local place and they had what I needed in days instead of weeks. Do better on your timeline. People need things quick

slow shipping
while it is easy to place an order, and the prices are competitive, the shipping was very slow and misrepresented on the website... My bolts did not ship for 10 days after the order was placed. it arrived after the survey was received...

Great Service
Granted my order was small. But I needed the hardware as soon as possible. They shipped it the next business day. The only way I could have gotten it sooner, would have been a efficent postal service. This is my new choice for hardware on line.

Bolts and nuts will not tighten
The 5/8 x 11 bolts and nut I just received do not thread all the way! Each one is different on how far they thread until they are binding up! Now I have to try to back them out which is not going well!
