I was very pleased with their attention to detail and speed in which they fixed my jewelry!

My favourite Marni sunglasses were repaired by the Stephen’s green shop . They couldn’t have been nicer and posted them to Cork. I would highly recommend them. 2 opticians had told me they couldn’t be repaired ! They’re fantastic !

I brought my engagement ring to be sized and a couple watches for battery replacement. They are pretty pricey it was 159 to size the ring smaller and 50 dollars to change the battery. My concern is that I am not sure if the diamond is the same so I’m having it checked out from the jewelry shop it was originally purchased from. They were fine as far as the customer service but the stone looks different and I’m not sure why. I’m sure they charge more for the services because of overhead being in a mall and expected that. I definitely would recommend them for battery replacements, but I’m not sure if I can recommend them for jewelry repair or not. They did same-day service which was very helpful and the reason I went there initially anyways however, it did take more than six hours so I would just suggest that you plan ahead.

Modi who has helped me at the Fast Fix Jewelry Repair service at Citrus Park Mall in Tampa, FL is excellent. He is very personable and has fixed several watches for me for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

We had 5 x watch batteries replaced about four years ago all died within 1.5 years and were not cheap! My daughter accidentally dropped in my sons watch to them yesterday, they offered two prices one for a year guarantee and the second for a 5-year guarantee?! I have no doubt this will die in a similar timeframe, am raging! Should have been dropped to Fields.

Also made shoddy job of a necklace engraving last year which had to be re-done,only an okay job. Used two different fonts to make letters fit. Would not use.

Highly recommend these, so professional! I was really happy with my experience in the tallaght store, they were all amazing :)

I brought my engagement ring here to be resized and to have a bezel added to the stone which would remove the prongs. This is a 14ct WHITE gold ring with a 8mm by 6mm sapphire rated at 1.33ct. The bezel that was installed was not made by this jeweler, but was pre purchased. The bezel covers the stone all the way to the plateau and covered more than 2mm of width and 1mm of length which significantly reduced the light transmission within the stone. When Roberto quoted the fix, he said it would be a thin bezel and would be the same color as the ring. As you can see by the pictures, the bezel is yellow gold and does not match the color of the rest of the ring.
The order was also to reduce the size of the ring by a 1/2 size. The size was the ONLY thing he got right. Except, he did not fix the Rhodium coating on the band and now that looks like yellow gold now, and is no longer white in color.
My fiance picked the ring up today and is extremely unhappy with the results. When Roberto was asked to fix the issues, he was extremely rude and refused to help us further unless we paid the same fees again that we paid to have the original work done. 
We are extremely unhappy with the quality of work and horrendous customer service provided at this store. Would give zero stars if that was an option. Do not use this place at all if you value your possessions. 
The ring was taken to 2 other jewelers who are unsure if this ring can even be fixed at all.
