I joined Taylor’s Community about a month ago now along with a few others and I have to say - his is by far the best that I joined. I love that he really goes into the mindset of fasting, not just the physical aspects. He is very active and always there to help whenever I have any questions. I have to say I’m really enjoying being in his community and I’d recommend it to anyone!

FastingSkool has been the greatest find of the year, at least as far as fasting and biohacking ! Taylor takes the time to answer our questions individually and always gives practical and insightful advice. I have been in many fasting groups but this by far the best. I think it’s the combination of Taylors passion , knowledge and overall willingness to help . We have live sessions on various topic and I always come away inspired . It’s not just fasting, its bio-hacking!

Taylor, Taylor, Taylor. There are no words to describe the impact Taylor & Fasting Skool has had on my life. Since meeting over 12 months ago; I’ve lost 75lbs.
I found Fasting Skool on YouTube; and liked what they preached; it made sense. I’d been successful in all areas just not fitness. I needed to have my body match my business success.

Taking advice from Taylor’s page has been one of the best decisions I’ve made while cutting weight. I hit a major plateau recently and was struggling to cut off a few more pounds then I installed Skool and ran into Fastingskool and I’ve been on go ever since!!!!!!!!!!
