Avoid this company entirely unless you want to be actively lied to, have unauthorised amounts attempted to be taken from your account multiple times a day without your knowledge or consent, have a company secretly investigate taking you to court while looking you in the eye and offering payment plans, have your personal data handled so recklessly that other peoples private information ends up mixed into your own records, and be deliberately targeted with aggressive collection tactics while they are fully aware you are at your most financially and mentally vulnerable.

This is also a company that is actively sitting in the background waiting for the right moment to add charges, default your account, and make your situation significantly worse. They are not there to help you. Please look into your rights before you go anywhere near this service, and if you are already with them, look into your rights now.

Three years. A three hundred pound loan. I cannot say it clearly enough, please learn from my mistake.

For anyone already caught up with them, you are legally entitled to request a copy of everything they hold about you, completely free and by law. Email them and ask for a Subject Access Request, go through every single entry and compare it against your own bank records and messages, and look hard at anything that does not add up. You may have far more options than they want you to believe, and you do not have to accept the way this company has treated you.

As for me personally, I am in the process of taking this to the Financial Ombudsman, the Information Commissioner, potentially the Financial Conduct Authority, and further if necessary. I started this process as someone who was simply frustrated about their own situation. What I have uncovered since has changed that completely. I now genuinely believe it is my responsibility to make sure other people are warned, and to make sure this company either receives the serious overhaul and retraining it desperately needs, or faces the consequences of the way it has been operating.

What's the point of these loan companies, when they reject you for applying for £150 , not thousands, £150 they there to offer people loans where they can't get elsewhere because of bad credit or ccjs. There's a reason people ask for a small loan. To tie them over. It's supposed to base on your earnings yet even if U earn good money but short of cash of a small amount that could be paid off on your next wage and these guys reject you. What other options do we have. Time people stopped using these companies and get ppl in to teach us to manage money so we don't have. To rely on these parasites

Scammers! Researched them up and they’re scammers. When I rang them, they asked for my bank, drivers license ID, bank details and card details. Also website is fake
