Too short even though I ordered long
I ordered the skirt in long thinking it would be at least knee length but it was still too short for me

Love this shop!
Love this shop! Cathryn & the team are always welcoming & nothing is never to much. The clothes are comfortable & i always mange to find something even though im browsing 😂. On holiday or passing through pop in i bet you want leave empty handed 😉.

Rude Manager
Went into shop at 4.50pm. online it said closing time was 5.30 pm. Shop assistant polite. Went to try on clothes and told both members of staff I would be looking at the socks/underwear in store afterwards. Chose item and put on cashier desk as I went to look at other sales items. "Manager" very rude with her body language and pushy tone as it was obvious she wanted me to complete my transaction and get out so she could close. No other customers in the shop. I've worked in customer services for 40 years and I never normally write negatives reviews but this "Manager" really made me feel disrespected. I hope she doesn't treat the nice cashier like the way she treated me as a customer of Fat Face.
