The shop was very limited in sizes in our town, but the online selection and delivery made up for it, and I also had the option to pick up from the store if I wanted.

Excellent, as always
I ordered on line as Abingdon didn't have the jeans I wanted. Sadly Fat Face jeans have changed their style and these were disappointing in style and fit. I took them back to Abingdon where they refunded without quibble. Always good service and pleasant to shop here.

Great service from the team in your Abingdon store. Helped me with the changing rooms and then ordered a longer length dress for me. All with smiles and they looked fabulous too. A great advert for your clothing. Thank you 🙏

Really helpful staff
I experienced a bit of a delay getting my order, but the people at Fat Face have been absolutely brilliant in trying to sort it all out, particularly in my own branch at Abingdon. They have been in touch regularly with updates and could not have been more caring or helpful. Thank you.

Suede boots
The boots were bought as a Christmas gift but they were the wrong size so they had to be returned and fat face were very quick in receiving and sending out the correct size. The recipient was very happy indeed.
