Whenever we visit Ambleside, we always visit FatFace as it's my daughter's favourite shop. She always comes out with numerous items in the carrier bags and a big smile on her face! The clothes are so well made, wash well and keep their shape. We always get a lovely welcome from Emma the Manager who is so friendly and helpful, she really does make our visits to the Ambleside Store a pleasure.

Brilliant customer service!
A trip to the Lake District had me pop into the Ambleside branch and bought a jumper. The jumper's great, but the customer service was outstanding.
Emma took time to chat, explain various items in the store and even went out of her way to suggest places to go, sights to see and where to eat. Definitely made you feel like your custom was welcomed.
Great experience.

Ambleside staff were amazing
Ambleside staff were amazing! Able to see a blouse I was looking for even though not out in store yet. They ordered my size to get delivered to my home. So helpful!!

customer service at all 4 stores Derby and 3 in lake district was amazing. staff friendly , helpful and 10/10. Please keep the Derby store !!! All stores were well stocked as well, picked up items in all 4

Very helpful staff (Emma at Ambleside branch). Friendly, no pressure and excellent service.
Lovely quality clothes. Everything I have bought over the last few years has washed well and lasted. Definitely worth paying a bit more for quality garments that are well made and of good quality materials. The opposite of fast fashion.

The staff in Fatface Ambleside were…
The staff in Fatface Ambleside were outstanding! They helped me choose an outfit for a summer bbq with friends. I bought a floral skirt and a top and was delighted with both.
I will most definitely return next time I’m in Ambleside.
