I have been using FatFace for years
I have been using fatface for years,I still wear what I bought 10 years ago,so well made,worth the extra few pound you pay. Easy to order and is you ever have to return a item ,they have made it easy. Stress free shopping

Great experience in the Barnard Castle…
Great experience in the Barnard Castle store, we loved the clothes (both women's and men's), really good quality, great fit and could have bought half the store.
The two ladies serving we're both great as well, super friendly, really helpful and very enthusiastic about the clothes and the store - which was really nicely laid out and a great shopping experience. We'll definitely shop here again!

The expected delivery date was extended…
The expected delivery date was extended from 1 day to 7. Having had a message to say it was delayed and I would hear further within the next 1-2 days I had to ring your help line to find out what was happening as no further update arrived. The help line couldn’t help as the item was being delivered to your shop so I just had to wait until it arrived.

Pretty skirt
I wanted a skirt for my upcoming holiday but the one in store was too long so I asked if it was available in a short length. Vicki was so helpful looking for me and then ordering the skirt and also arranging delivery to my home address. Thank you so much

Pleasant experience
As usual, quick delivery and no hassle return. Unfortunately had to return the order as items did not fit . Service with the smile in my usual shop. Very helpful staff which offered alternative.
