I ordered online to collect from the store. It was so simple and quick. On collection, staff were helpful and efficient.

How lovely it is to walk into a shop and feel like you are walking into a friends or families house.. lovely warm welcome from dwain and Ashley.
Really does feel like you’re a friend when shopping there, nothing is too much for them to help with and seems to always be laughter.

Dwain went above and beyond with helping me find my partners birthday presents, feel like he knows her better than I do! She was over the moon.

Went into my local fat face in Barnstaple and wanted to leave this review, as a next employee the service was amazing! Dwain and Ashley had welcoming smile and was very engaged from the moment I walked in. I was shopping with my son and even entertained him, just want to say this is something I aspire to be in retail and I have learnt a lot.

Was served today by both Ashleigh and Dwain, both very helpful, I liked the fact that it was such a friendly atmosphere and nothing was pushed for me to purchase. Sadly what I wanted was out of stock and the size not available to order was shown other colours but wasn’t for me. Had a great conversation with both and didn’t want to leave.

Thank you Dwain for all your help and advice for my new outfit for my grandson's 21st birthday party. as I struggle with my size the help was very appreciated. Will be back.

I was just browsing in the Barnstaple store on Tuesday just to pass a bit of time. Lisa and Dwain both very polite and helpful. I did purchase a shirt in the end. With them both knowing about the product helped with my sale. Will be back for the other shirt soon.

I went into barnstaple today to purchase a few gifts and was served by Dwain. I just want to say that he made my experience super easy, he knew exactly what I wanted, best of all the at the point I was at the till made the conversation flow and didn’t make it feel just like a sale! The sofa hoodie which I bought was a present for my adult son, who has been wearing it most days since Christmas. It was delivered quickly to my local store, so was easy to collect and incurred no postage costs. All in all, a successful purchase.

My Christmas order has gone down well with the recipients. I buy every year from fatface and everyone loves the presents. Slippers, socks, pyjamas etc.

Easy to order and pick up in store. The top I bought is really nice and good quality .

Went into the Barnstaple store today and was looking for a coat! What I wanted wasn’t in store, and to my sadness wasn’t available to order. Dwain showed me other options and I managed to find one that worked for me and what I needed. I horse ride so didn’t want anything to heavy. I ended up with the Sussex jacket and I am in love with it. The fact that it has a hood is an added bonus for me. Thank you Dwain and the Barnstaple store.

I ordered on the 3 /11/24 & still haven’t had an E mail to collect from the store ?

My order went to another store that I didn’t specify. Then took a few days to be redelivered . The Barnstaple store is fine very pleasant experience
