The Ff blouse is just what I wanted. It will be excellent for so many occasions. I received an email confirming that the blouse was ready to be collected from my local FatFace shop. The collection was straightforward. The staff were welcoming and efficient.

Comfortable stylish jumper
Saw the jumper in store in 2 different colours and said to myself I would buy this in another colour. As soon as the other colour was on the website I ordered online and ready to pick up in store earlier than originally quoted. The only negative was trying to use a gift card to buy the jumper - it didn't work!
Pick up was easy.

This his whole process was superb
This his whole process was superb! I ordered my new items online and paid against a gift card which I had no problems with. My order was delivered to store 4 days earlier than expected which was great 😊 Went straight there, my items were handed over to me and off I went. Everything in my order was also perfect 😁

Plenty of choice
Easy to order for click and collect, and return if necessary. I always find clothes that I like and they mostly fit well. Usually well made too, although quite pricey for some things, so good value if you can wait for the sales. Staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful.
