Super quick delivery
I ordered online and chose to collect in the nearest shop. Within 2 days I collected my order. I tried it on in the shop and was happy with all the items so kept everything.

Easy ordering and excellent customer service.
I find the on line ordering very easy. Collecting in store is easy.
I recently called the customer service number to ask about some V&A print trousers which I wanted to exchange for a smaller size, and found the agent very helpful.
