Good value smart casual shirts with short sleeves.

Knew what I was looking for, couldn't see it on shop floor so asked assistant. She went out to storeroom, found it in the right size . Good result, very pleased.

It was oh so easy to order my Breton top. I was informed by email when it had arrived instore. I went to collect it. Staff are very helpful and welcoming in the Berkhamsted shop.
I was a little disappointed in the colours of my top; in the picture, it looked like a candy pink with pale green. Instead it's more of a light Burgundy. I have kept it as I bought a Burgundy cardigan at Christmas.

The dress was very creased so it was hard to work out what it would look like when ironed. I didn’t like to iron it in case I wanted to return it. It also had a funny smell. I don’t think it suited me but it is a nice style for the right person. When I took it back to the store to return it the next day the internet was down so I’ll have to go back again. I usually have a great experience with fat face though so this was unlucky

Regular customer of FatFace, bought men’s wax effect field jacket, fully lined nice and warm, great true fit, quality material, lovely fawn green colour, modern cut, can be worn casually with jeans or smart with nice trousers, very competitively priced, extremely pleased!

During a recent visit to my usual store in Berkhamsted, the experience was made even better by the wonderful staff. They were friendly, kind, and extremely helpful, taking the time to assist me with my choices, which I truly appreciated.

A brand is only as strong as its front-facing team, and the staff at the Berkhamsted store in Hertfordshire are a real credit to FatFace and looking at my receipt the young lady that helped me is named Beatrice who is a credit to her parents and Fatface. Thank you.

Ordered online and it was available for store collection one day ahead of schedule which I thought was excellent service.

Parka ordered online, collected in store. Would have preferred to buy in store as I’m betwen sizes, but didn’t want to order 2 sizes, big SHAME couldn’t have item ordered to stock in store without me having to pay.
Tried on in store, I kept garment. Store v helpful.

Love fat face clothing. Slightly quirky and fun but relaxed seaside/piste vibe. Delivery to store is efficient and easy and returns are super simple! Just wish the length of shirts would decrease back to what it was a good few years back. There must be more tall thin people than there used to be! Great team at Berko always professional but fun too!

There is no fat face store in my town, but tried a dress on in store when visiting friends. Staff really helpful.The regular length dress is much too long for me but was advised that it did come in a shorter length and I could order it online, which I did. Had it delivered to my local Next store, supposed to come in at the weekend, but arrived a couple of days early which was brilliant. Good fit, still a bit long for me, but not too bad. Good quality too.
