FatFace - BIRMINGHAM GRAND CENTRAL Avis 

When I visit this store I am always left to wander round looking at items uninterrupted unless I need to ask something then I find somebody easily to answer my queries.

I asked for assistance and I certainly got it with Belinda stopping to help me find a certain coat that I needed. I was so happy after trying on two sizes and finding extra pockets I bought it. I'd searched online over a week, went to all the relevant shops last weekend and today. After some negative input at two other shops I found FatFace and Belinda, who deserves a gold star!

An item I ordered was delivered to the store in Birmingham but I thought I had chosen the Next Store to pick it up. I rang the Fatface shop in Birmingham and the response I received was amazing. A lovely gentleman I spoke to, arranged for the item to be delivered to my home address the very next day!! I could not believe it!! How efficient the service was and what an asset to the company that gentleman was. Well done Sir!!

My parcel got sent to the Birmingham shop by mistake I rang the helpline the phone was answered quickly and a new order generated to go to redditch next all within a few minutes very happy thank you

Helpful staff when I picked up a very large ' collect ' order. Some of the items were packed tightly into a bag that the seams were coming apart. The assistant said don't worry about it, we will pack them into another bag for you. I happily tried on my items and decided to keep most of the items, when the items were repacked. I was charged for the bags! Hence a 4 star review and I spent a considerable amount.

Always enjoy a look around store, staff were very helpful has always. Belinda served me today and was very helpful, chatty and pleasant. Brought a couple of items that were in sale , so that was a bonus. Always good quality.

Wow so impressed with how quickly the delivery was it was delivered the day after it was ordered. The top was extremely well made, as this was the first time I had ordered from this company I would definitely recommend their products

The person who served me I already know from previous occasions when I've ordered to pick up in store. He is very helpful and quite chatty. Unfortunately, although he did tell me his name at one time I can't recall it this time.

Lovely colour and print but a little too long for "short" length will need to take it up.
