As usual the shop staff inthe Bracknell store were very helpful and friendly and the quality of the clothes is as good as ever

Good display
Good display. Staff helpful and don’t rush or hang about whilst you browse. Good size changing rooms. Prices a little expensive but the sales help if you want to wait.
Would have given five stars but prices, especially for some things like t-shirts a bit over the top.

Wrong colour, wrong size, bad customer service
Unfortunately I was sent not only the wrong colour, I was also sent the wrong size. Returned to store and didn’t even receive an apology or the opportunity to get a replacement. As a consequence I did not reorder. Shame as I was looking forward to receiving the item.

I purchased my first Fat Face polo shirt before 1990in a ski resort in France.(possibly Maribel?). My size was out of stock and the manager delivered it to me in Reading Berkshire on their way home after their season.
Brilliant service.

Very good experience
I ordered a dress on line, when I collected it I asked if I could try it on. 'no problem'. I was also offered that they could action a refund if needed.

Saw item in Winchester store but didn’t…
Saw item in Winchester store but didn’t buy got home regretted it - ordered online to collect at my local Bracknell store - very smooth process was kept informed of progress on my order. Sadly when I got the item it didn’t suit me so returned to my local store again no problems a very smooth service snd process.

Needed to swap the top I had ordered with a larger one in store. All very straightforward. Being able to order, get delivered in store, then swap / return with no fuss or bother. That's refreshingly how it should be, but but rarely is.
