Fast delivery and great communication by text and email.
I ordered a few things and they were delivered to store next day for free. Love Fatface. My favourite shop and the staff in the Bromley store are so helpful.

Staff Morale
I have visited a number of Fat Face stores around the UK. The staff are generally friendly and show an interest in customers. However, this is not the experience I have recently had more than once in the Fat Face Bromley shop. Staff have been off-hand and the impression on me is that they are very unhappy. As I say, this is not the case elsewhere so I am wondering whether there is a particular difficulty in Bromley. Having said that, the merchandise is invariably of a high quality.

Definitely one of those pieces that makes you feel good the moment you put it on. Highly recommend!
