Everything went well. Everyone I met or spoke to at Fatface are super helpful. I think the website needs a lot of modification to make it better. Especially with delivery, cancellation and return

Lovely Lightweight Down Jacket
Excellent service, quick delivery and great in store service. Great lightweight down jacket with a hood - most important. I don’t wear coats when I’m driving but wanted something lightweight which was comfortable to drive in. Love the contrasting hood and zip.

Great service
Great service, I'd bought a skirt didn't have the time to try it on. Too small so I ordered two online and returned the two I didn't need. What I liked was the ease of process

Really good quality jeans, good fit, true to size. So good to be able to have a store nearby to collect from too, although I always see something else I want to buy when I go in!

Excellent service. I saw the coat I wanted in a Fat Face shop but not in my size. The assistant gave me all the details to be able to order on line when I got home. Ordered and it arrived the next day. Brilliant!

I needed a replacement hat
I had a FatFace woolen hat for many years and it was comfortable while keeping your head lovely and warm but after many years of wear it had to be chucked out so I bit the bullet and ordered myself two new ones. Same style but different colours as I couldn't get one the same as before. Finding what I wanted was easy on the website, the choice of colours was great, paying for them was easy by using PayPal and the staff in the Cardiff store were very helpful when I collected my parcel.

I had a delayed delivery
I had a delayed delivery, and they had the item in the shop so I was able to rebye the item and they returned my delivery when arrived. And refunded me .

Out with an old in with a new.
I have been purchasing Fat Face clothing for 30 years. Always good quality and variation. This purchase was a sweater in the same colour as purchased many years ago and now worn out. Good service and friendly staff at the Cardiff outlet.

I love Fat Face. Efficient company, friendly staff in store, always a positive experience.
Online deliveries are punctual, well packaged. All good. When I've had to return an item, no issues and prompt refund.
