FatFace - CASTLEFORD Avis 81

I usually have a good experience in this store however today colleagues were rude and customer service and social skills were lacking.

On entry all 4 team members were stood talking at the till, the store wasn't empty but that is not my business.

I grabbed the item I was purchasing and stood waiting to be served, after a short period the group dispersed and left two colleagues at the tills who just stared blankly at me. I had no idea which till to go to so I stood and waited until prompted. When a person finally spoke, which was no more than a 'hello' in a sarcastic tone, to which her colleague let out a laugh. The whole interaction was ridiculous and made me so uncomfortable and is such a shame because I spend a fair amount of my money at this store and usually the staff are amazing.

The guy who was working that night was absolutely brilliant what a star what a credit he is to fat face.
Even my 11 year old son and husband both liked him too. Very helpful and polite.
Definitely be back shopping in that store again soon

I ordered the same item in 2 sizes just in case. They were being delivered to store separately but I received emails about estimated delivery (to store) for both and they were delivered on time. Collection was really easy. I returned the unwanted item to a different store (purely down to convenience for me) and that was really easy too. Definitely recommend!

I've recently had a breast reduction and needed a new wardrobe. I popped into Fatface today in J32 and had the most wonderful time trying clothes on with the help of Emma. She couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and I walked out with some wonderful new clothes and a very happy smile on my face. Thank you for making it an amazing experience Emma 😍

Second visit to the store as Christmas is coming and we needed some party clothes and retail therapy . Again great experience Leon recognised us and looked after us amazingly well . Sarah loved being made a fuss of during challenging times .Thank you again we will be back !

On entry, the store was beautifully clean and organised. It made you want to browse.
I found some excellent bargains and was helped today by David and Emma. Both were friendly, approachable and helpful. I had a great experience here and would highly recommend the store and the staff.

The service was brilliant, a guy called Leon couldn't be more helpful with trying to find a nice top for my son. Good value too!

I ordered online and collected in store. The trousers arrived when it said they would, the sales assistant in store was very helpful, I tried them on when I went to collect them and the sales assistant said if they didn't fit she would help me with the return. But they were perfect so I didn't need to return them.

Service was fantastic , I was very pleased to see an outlet store ran so well and kept so clean , normally things are just thrown in to get rid of them but not this one , very fairly priced and in this current climate is nice to see a store not trying to rip there customers off . Would definitely recommend anyone who is visiting here to pop in and see the friendly staff if they need any help
