Went to collect my order on Saturday…
Went to collect my order on Saturday but the store was closed all day due to staff sickness and I’ve now got to make another trip this weekend to collect.

I am sorry to hear that the Chelmsford store was closed for a period of time on the day you visited the store. Unfortunately, as I am sure you can understand, this was not a planned closure and due to sickness, the store could not be opened. Quality clothing
Always great customer service. Returns never an issue. more With the demise of Debenhams and its many brands Fatface i feel could cater to slightly older age group. We do not all look great in skinny jeans/chinos

Ordered a pair of slip-ons online, they were a size bigger. Called Chelmsford's outlet for an exchange, excellent customer service from the phone call to collection. 'Tracy or Fiona' can't recall name of lovely lady who served me.
Some big companies tell you if ordered online, return it online, which could be a hassle and takes a long time to be sorted.
