Lovely staff and gorgeous clothes! What more can I say?

All good. Very friendly and helpful staff and online experience has always been been good. Would give 5 stars but overpriced. Only buy when there's a sale.

Bought a pair of jeans, in fact, two pairs. Quality excellent as usual and a fair price to be honest.
Purchased from my local Cheltenham store as always. The staff are great and very helpful.
There is a but…. The men’s department has been relocated downstairs at the back and is tiny now. There were no jeans on display to look at as there was not enough room because of the sale. I ended up taking a punt on the colour/shade just by online photos which isn’t ideal. As it was I got lucky.
I don’t know if this will put people off visiting your store because if like me you want see the physical item. There again, I guess this is a sign of the times which is a shame.
I fairness to your staff, they did get jeans down from the stockroom to have a look at. As always, very helpful.

There was lots of choice but I also found the item I wanted in my size on-line. I picked up from shop, which worked well. It was delivered to promised timescale. Love the suede jacket. It is good quality and fits well and looks good.

I had to wait nearly 3 days until my order was ready for collection. That would have been the same time had I had it posted to my house (albeit I would’ve had to pay postage).
Pretty much every retailer does next day pick up, why don’t Fat Face?

I am still waiting for my order to arrive at store even though I received a text from you 5 days ago to say it had arrived. It was a Christmas present which was to be given to a friend the following night.
Not happy.

Probably not the store's fault but Order Dept.

Placed a click and collect order for a specific date (today), got an email this morning saying it would be available after 4pm. Drove into the town centre through all of the Christmas/rush hour traffic, paid for parking, went into the store to be told that my parcel hasn't come in yet, and that it won't be arriving today because it would have come in this morning if it was going to arrive today. Was told it should be in by Sunday, or Tuesday at the latest. 4 days after the date I selected, and actually now after the birthday that it's for, so absolutely useless. Also means I'm going to have to fight my way back into the town centre again and pay for parking again too. What the hell is the point in allowing you to select a date for collection, emailing to say it will be available, and then telling you in the store that it won't be in for another 4 days.

To top it all off, I've just arrived home, and I've just had a text message saying that it's now available?!

Popped into your Cheltenham Store looking for a particular Item which I could not see anywhere. I was approached by a Male staff member called Nathan who was very polite and helpful. We found that this Store does not stock the item I was after but Nathan was able to find online and Order for me. Great service in a lovely little store Thank you Fatface Cheltenham will definitely shop here more often 😀

Such a helpful company and the range of dresses now available is impressive. Received an online order in the shop and they were happy to let me try it on before taking home. Some great bargains in the sale!
