Very easy to order online via the website. Kept informed after ordering as to the status of delivery to store. Received email when delivered. I collected, tried on instore, helpful staff, returned one item, refund went through to my account very quickly. Again, I was kept informed during the process. Very happy customer!!

Men’s jacket
I spotted a jacket in the men’s department but it was a little creased. The staff member downstairs offered to steam the jacket.
We carried on shopping and returned to Fatface and picked up a super jacket.
More recently we realised that the shirt this jacket was displayed with was a good match. After a phone call to Clitheroe we were able to order the shirt to collect at Bury Next.
Thanks Clitheroe. What a fantastic team

Excellent service! Site is easy to use and thankfully delivers to Jersey. Delivery time was very quick, well packaged. The dress is beautiful, material is beautiful, just as I would expect from FatFace. Thank you 😊

Very quick, easy and convenient to order online and have my things delivered to my local Fatface store in Clitheroe.
The staff there are lovely … helpful and friendly. A well organised store, even after the busyness of Christmas and now, the New Year sale. Thanks. 😁
