really good service
Always get really good service in this store. The people who work there are cheery but not intrusive and always ready to help.
Clothes are good quality l, fit really well and last. I have a couple of shirts 10 + years old, which may be a little sad..

Colchester Fatface & Margot booots
I ordered Margot boots on line & collected & returned them to Colchester Fatface store - the boots were nice & good quality but just not for me.
Colchester Fatface is a pleasure to visit. The staff are friendly & helpful & really make the effort to make you feel welcome in the store.
I always enjoy the shopping experience in Colchester Fatface.

Top Notch Service
All I can say about the customer service at FatFace in Colchester .. is that it's top drawer. I had bought an expensive coat over a year ago and suddenly the zip wouldn't work. I was worried that I wouldn't get any help as I no longer had my receipt - who would after a year. However, I can't praise Laura highly enough .. she and the other staff went above and beyond to help me. Suffice to say .. the zip has been replaced and I've been wearing my coat again .. good job because it's been bloody cold lately!!
So, a big THANK YOU to the Colchester branch .. you were brilliant!
