Lovely shopping experience
I was in the Cork Fat Face store this morning. It is always such a lovely experience with the staff friendly and helpful. Everything is well presented and store nicely organised. Summer clothes and accessories arriving in store now and nearly impossible to walk away without a purchase!!

Couldn't fault the place.
It was a pleasure to shop here. Initial visit, found staff very friendly and helpful, without being overbearing. I then had to return one item purchased. Exact same, staff super helpful again and no issue with return. Great store.

Customer service was great in the store in Cork. They went above and beyond to help me out as I was in a rush. Will definitely return.

Very good shop layout
Very good shop layout, great value for money. Staff are very helpful, a particular staff member named Rebecca was very friendly and made sure I found everything I was looking for.

I love your clothes and the quality of the material is amazing, I think the prices match the quality, this something that a lot of other shops don’t have and that’s why I only shop in Fat Face in the last 2 years !

Always good quality product
Easy to navigate website, fast delivery(for online). Good value and always a quality product. All Fatface clothes can be washed and rewashed without issue.
However, the price displayed should be easy to read for both euro and gbp. Currently GBP is prominent and can be misleading.

Online delivery/store return
Had a delivery just before Christmas and unfortunately the coat I'd ordered did not suit at all. The coat itself was just beautiful but my height of 5 2" made it almost floor length! I returned it to the Cork store, explaining my situation and the girl at the counter couldn't have been more helpful. There was no fuss, just a simple return and the money was back in my account within 3 days. I've since purchased 4 items (instore and online) and the quality of all the clothes is fabulous. I never regret buying anything in Fat Face because you always get what you pay for. Excellent value for your hard earned money.
