Love my dungarees

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Bought a padded winter jacket in my third visit since Christmas. (It was the end of the sales). The shop is always well stocked and there’s usually something there to tempt me.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff add to the attraction of this shop in Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Cowbridge Branch is Great
I called into the Cowbridge branch of Fatface to return something ordered on line. Whilst there I bought a pair of linen trousers which were on offer. The lovely lady who served me was very pleasant and helpful. The whole experience was stress free.

Took items back,cashier not sure how to refund my items as some was on credit card and the other gift card Sone how gave me back all on gift card when that exceed the gift card balance.

Hassle free shopping
I love Fat Face. Their clothes suit me perfectly. I have visited the Cowbridge store many times and the staff are absolutely lovely. I’m always impressed by the welcome; they always let you know they’re there to help if needed but are not intrusive. Also they make you feel valued as a customer which is so lovely because many businesses don’t seem to realise how important that is to customers. The experience makes me want to return and I do! I would say 80% of my daily wardrobe is Fat Face and I’ve no plans to change this anytime soon.
