Ordered on line. Dresses did not suit me but they were lovely. I loved the material and the quality but as I am long bodied they did not look right on me. Returning them to the store was simple - and I bought another dress in a style I always buy from there.

Great brand
Great brand. Good stock options and mainly proper cotton clothing.
Staff at the Cribbs store were lovely and helpful in store.
Long term customer and will be back for more!

Had to return trousers bought online.
Had to return trousers bought online.
I chose to return to the Cribbs Causeway store. The refund was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The sales lady was very polite, helpful and found a pair of trousers that fitted, which I bought.
The sizing seems to be all over the place, and so l won't be buying online again.

Great experience
I went to return the dress I bought as it was a bit smaller. Was pleasantly surprised to get even my shipping refund back. I ordered another dress from store with help of lovely fatface employee. She was very kind and helpful. Had an amazing experience and looking forward to receiving my order.

Arrived within 3 days. Packaged well.
My daughter found the neckline a little wide. I have returned it to the store for a full refund.

Made 3 orders, enough to confuse staff
Made 3 orders, collected at store . Staff confused and couldn’t find the other cos some idiot checked in the wrong ones couldn’t be bothered to check the order numbers and shoved other parcels somewhere they couldn’t find. All was ordered for collection but some came through by the Royal Mail postman and Suggested that it must have been sent to my house. Showed them all emails that it was all for collection at store. Had to helped them work out the mystery of the missing parcels! So much for ordering loads, fat face Store and online couldn't cope more than one order! Be weary of ordering more than one parcel at the same time frame . Not doing it again.
