Excellent delivery to store but item ordered did not suit. Was able do try on when I collected it and obtain a refund immediately.

Great items and super quick delivery. Boots bought as a birthday gift and my daughter was very pleased too
The pull on jeans for my son were great fit, thanks for doing them in older sizes as my son is autistic and can’t cope with buttons so these are great and give him independance

Great customer service
I went into the Fatface store at Cribbs Causeway to look at jeans, I was approached by Gaynor who asked if I needed any help, she explained that the jeans were in the stockroom & asked if I had an idea what I was looking for as she could go and look for them.
I mentioned that I was looking for the Chesham Girlfriend jeans and not only did she come back with the ones I asked for,but she had also brought out another pair that had been reduced in the sale.
I tried both on & bought them both.
I was very happy with the customer service and will definitely be shopping there again.

I bought a pair of Capri Sway Denim…
I bought a pair of Capri Sway Denim trousers. The fit is perfect for me. Just below the knee and cut to a high standard as usual. My only gripe is that when browsing the store they had limited size 10 clothes which is frustrating. Staff great and helpful.

No quibbles, just an excellent experience
One of the polo shirts I received from an internet order had what looked like bleach stains down the front. Fat Face are unable to exchange items via mail, so I called the Cribbs Causeway store to see what they had in stock. the could not have been more helpful, putting a new polo shirt aside for me and having it ready straight away when I got into the store. No quibbles, just an excellent experience.

Amazing customer service
The playsuit I bought is gorgeous, really well fitted and super comfy. Hard to find playsuits for us taller ladies and this one is perfect! Had an issue with deliver to start with but the customer service I received was 2nd to none and really quickly resolved. Very happy customer!
