The best customer experience I have ever had
I visited FatFace in Derby yesterday looking for some holiday clothes. I was on my own, with little confidence in myself and what clothes suit me.
The ladies serving me were amazing- the best service I have ever had in a shop. They were kind, helpful and were like my personal shopper’s helping me pick out coordinated outfits that looked really nice. As FatFace was the first shop I went to I bought one outfit then looked round other shops. I soon went back to the ladies in FatFace however to buy other items due to the customer service and how they made me feel.
So thank you to Trudie, Abbie and Emma, you are all a huge credit to the company!

Amazing staff
The assistant in the shop was absolutely lovely. She was attentative without being intrusive and very helpful.

Amazing Customer Service
Great visit to the new Derby Fat Face Store. Staff were so helpful and polite on entering the store. It was set out great for browsing. I was looking for the Ely Ponte trouser to try on and was helped by the lovely Trudy who explained the different leg styles to me. I really appreciated her help. A great purchase, super quality and fairly priced. Such wonderful customer service, all with a cheery smile. What a lovely shopping experience. I will be back!
