Just bought several items in the sale and returned a few as not suitable. Online service easy to use with free delivery to store. My local store staff are efficient polite and friendly. I only ever buy in the sale as prices are too high hence 4 stars but quality clothing

Very pleased with my waterproof coat
I ordered the chocolate brown waterproof jacket online as it wasn’t available in my local store but I did collect it from there. I was pleased with the service as it arrived quickly. It’s a great fit and has proved to be completely waterproof. I love the fleece lining, the longer length and the high collar that helps to keep out the cold blasts.

I bought from The Fatface Sale online and the whole experience was great. They kept me in touch about deliveries to a Fatface shop, which was free. The whole online experience was great. I love the jumpers/tshirts, and the price in the sale!

Fabulous clothes
Fabulous clothes, attractive shirt designs. as well a socks.
The staff in your shops most recently Dorking branch, are always courteous, knowledgeable, personable and helpful.
The only small omission I have noted is that there is no longer a spare button inside the shorts. as there was in the previous pair of shorts.

Lovely Cardigan
It was easy to find on the website and order. Communication to inform me it had arrived was great so I knew when to collect it. Cardigan was exactly as described and I love the quality and look of it. I would recommend it.

Can’t exchange!
So I ordered a 12 online with a discount, it was a bit big so went into a store to exchange and they said I couldn’t do it. They would have to refund the jumper and then pay full price for the exchange. I was so annoyed that I decided not to bother and not worth the full price!
