Colourful clothes which are good value for money!
I've always found Fatface clothes great value for money. Fatface tunics are my favourite and are made in very colourful fabrics!

I ordered a jumper online but had to exchange for a smaller size in store with no problem at all .
The shop staff were really helpful and the refund was done straight away with no hassle at all . I always buy my jumpers at fatface as they are always good quality . Thank you fatface .

Great clothes, great fit.
I am very enamoured at the clothes from Fatface in general. They fit! That statement doesn't seem like an enormous congratulation, but it's almost miraculous compared to some other outlets these days. On top of that the materials and the construction are excellent. Well done FatFace.

I want to give a huge shout out to Zara (manager) and Lottie at the Eastbourne FatFace store.
They both go over and beyond by being welcoming, professional, hard working and a shinning example of what FaceFace philosophy is about.
As soon as I entered the store, they were smiling and approachable.
Today they both were my personal shoppers, giving advice on my beautiful purchases.
Visiting Eastbourne FatFace after a hard week at work, is my retail therapy.

Disability Invisibility
We regularly go to Eastbourne, where our nearest Fat face shop is, so I asked for my purchase to be delivered there. This was a mistake on my part, as being in a wheelchair caused me to be invisible to the shop assistant, who was watching another assistant serve a customer, but stopped when another customer approached the till. This lady advised her of my presence, I was less than 4 feet away. Do you have a policy against serving disabled customers!

Eastbourne Branch staff and stock…
Eastbourne Branch staff and stock Great. Online they are a bit iffy to say the least. Their parent company Next who are next door to them in Eastbourne same applies except their online service is a total disaster.
So my advice use the shops and skip the online disaster zones
