Returning items bought online to store…
Returning items bought online to store was an unpleasant experience. Because I'd used a gift voucher (sent to me because of a previous bad experience in this store - although a different person - really I should have just not gone there, but it is local and the easiest to get to) to purchase part of my order I was made to feel awful about returning some of the items. The gift voucher was for £20 and I had kept over £100 worth of clothes from the order, yet the assistant made me wait when I was with a young child and in a rush, while they called 'customer services' to check if they had to refund onto a gift voucher because I'd paid with one. I pointed out that I'd spent much more than the voucher's worth, but both they and the assistant manager of the store were not sure what to do and were very worried about getting into trouble if they refunded the wrong way. I'm not sure what this says about how they are treated tbh, but it is common sense to refund to my card for such a purchase. Also, it was obvious that the person on the other end of the phone was saying exactly that and the assistant kept repeating how they weren't sure. Honestly it beggars belief.

I like Fatface but ...
I like Fatface but ordering into store didn't meet my expectations. No acknowledgement to say my parcel had arrived and despite me calling to check and being told my parcel had arrived , when I went to collect the following day there was more confusion as to whether it was actually there or not ? Helpful and friendly staff
I visited this store looking for a particular dress that I’d seen on line. Unfortunately, the dress was out of stock in the colour I wanted. The shop assistant was extremely helpful and friendly; she ordered this for me in store and arranged delivery to my home address. It was a positive experience for me and a fine example of great customer service. Thank you 😊

Lovely hoodie, fantastic Customer Service
Lovely hoodie, ordered online as not In stock in my local store, it arrived quickly but faulty. Have bought lots from Fatface and never had problems with the quality before, took it back in store and the super helpful and friendly staff quickly refunded and reordered another one which was sent directly to my home free of charge. Fantastic service and the final hoodie is perfect, lightweight great for all weather, love it!

I bought 2 pairs of chino’s one of…
I bought 2 pairs of chino’s one of which was clearly under a 20% discount. When I went to pay I was told it was only the shorts, this was totally unclear.
I did pay full price for both as it’s what I wanted & rate the quality. When I wanted to take the clip type hangers holding the chino was told “not allowed to have the hangers” really strange & this has not happened to me at other stores, a bit disappointing.

Fatface Evesham branch
I love shopping at Fatface Evesham branch . Staff are always veer helpful and polite. I find the clothes sometimes overpriced given the material and where it is made but on the whole good selection and trendy in terms of latest fashion.
