My experience at the Fatface store in Exeter today was very positive. The sales staff who assisted me were very helpful indeed. I wanted to puchase some tops for my partner from the Ladies Section. Being a man, I was finding the choice and sizing difficult to navigate and the pressure for me was on top. They were very helpful, refreshingly upbeat and eager to help me. They swiftly ordered the sizes I needed...

Very friendly, excellent service when exchange/ returning items

Great service at Fatface Exeter men’s department yesterday. Very friendly helpful staff. So good to have a large separate section for men.
My husband spent ages trying on many items to find what suited him. We felt very relaxed and welcome. We will be back.

I had a recent problem with Fatface regarding a gift card. On both occasions I went into the shop, my enquiries was dealt with one of the managers called Maxine. Whereas I had a negative experience with customer services via the phone and on the website, Maxine was absolutely brilliant. She treated me like a human being, has excellent customer service, is friendly and understanding, even though it was 3 days before Christmas and I'm sure she was fed up with the public by then! So thank you.

I bought a number of items in the FatFace online sale for Christmas presents. They turned up very promptly. I kept three items and returned three items to the local branch in Exeter. The returns were processed, no questions asked, and my refund was back in my account within a couple of days. I now have three great gifts for my sisters and experienced the most hassle free Christmas shopping ever!

I placed an online order during recent sale, all items delivered within days and without any issues. Excellent quality sale items. I also find that when I visit the Exeter branch the staff are really helpful, welcoming and friendly. I love FatFace so no complaints from me 😊

Daphne was so kind today. She first asked me if I needed any help because I was looking a bit lost and unsure. I said I was fine and she told me she was here if I needed anything and smiled. Then when I’d selected what I wanted she came to the checkout to help me. I told her I was looking a bit muddled because I was buying for my friend’s birthday but that she’s having chemo at the moment so I wanted to get lovely, comfortable warm things for her to snuggle up in. Daphne and I went on to chat about other things and then I noticed that total on the card reader had gone down. I asked if there was something wrong and she said she’d given me discount for my friends birthday. I burst into tears and genuinely didn’t know what to say. She came around the counter again and gave me a hug. It was such a genuine and kind and thoughtful thing to do. Shopping today was a really emotional experience. My friends cancer is serious and I found myself feeling worried and upset in case this is the last birthday gift I get to buy for her. I very much hope it isn’t. But instead of being just sad and anxious It was made into such a gentle and touching experience by your really kind and thoughtful member of staff. I got my friend PJ’s, bath salts and a hedgehog warmer. I know my friend will love them. Thank you so much to Daphne and to you guys for employing lovely people.
