Fast and easy
I ordered a couple of T shirsts and was given a date to collect them from the shop. They came a couple of days earlier which was great. Staff in the shop were friendly.

Helpful staff as always when collecting my order
Went to collect my online order from the Hereford store. Staff friendly and helpful as they always are in there and my items from the sale are all quality and fit well.

Still waiting for my Xmas jumper- had…
Still waiting for my Xmas jumper- had an email to say it was ready for collection at my nominated store. When I arrived they said it wasn’t there. Shortly after I received a text msg to say it was ready to be collected so I walked back to the store only to be told that it wasn’t there!! The assistant told me it might come in a week or so and didn’t really seem bothered that I had ordered it to Xmas get together.
Spoke to customer services and they were very apologetic and arranged a reorder which should arrive tomorrow

Man Bag
The bag I ordered was delivmiered to the store I selected within 3 days(this was faster than advised at time of ordering) and there was a daily email to remind me to collect it in case I forgot. Staff in your Hereford store were most attentive.

A visit to the Hereford store was extremely beneficial.
Ali was the assistant that helped my wife making a selection of garments and accessories. She was wonderful and very caring. offering advice and generally being so helpful. The other members of staff were extremely nice and caring too.

Outstanding shop.
What a lovely shop. The quality of clothing is superb and the Staff make shopping for anything a joy. Karen and her amazing staff you take away all the drudgery of shopping for clothes with sound advice and always with a smile. This is the second review I have left and they deserve a well done from - not the best shopper that comes in. Thank you again ladies.

Fat face in Hereford is the most friendly FatFace outlet I have ever visited. They were extremely courteous, and could not do enough to help. The manager and her staff could not have done more - it was a pleasure to shop there and I will most certainly be buying more. Outstanding staff and just as important outstanding clothes. Bright trainers for the spring
I spotted these trainers in the shop window, but had no time to shop at that time. I ordered on line and opted to have them delivered to store. Perfect for me and no hassles. The trainers are fabulously comfortable and the colour combo at the heel, striking.
