What a pleasant change
Visited your Inverness store to see if a jacket I'd seen online was available in my size. The service I received from both the manager and her assistant was first class and reminiscent of a bygone era!
Please pass on my comments to the store, and a big thank you for making our visit so good. I did buy the jacket...

Helpful staff. Quality products.The only disappointment was that there was no “click and collect” option from my online order; I had to pay for postage.

Excellent returns service…
Bought 2 Marin wool coats for size but neither fitted. I'm rating the delivery and especially the returns service. Delivery was fast, goods well-packed, returns especially easy - returned to shop and refunded straight away.

Ordered a bag online to be delivered to my local store. It arrived timeously & staff were prompt & friendly when I went to collect it.
I would happily give 5 stars if the item had actually been available to buy in the shop - twice now birthday gifts for friends have had a little flurry of panic involved due to availability issues.
