Change not for the better
Ordered four dresses to try. A combination of thin, cheap material and ridiculously low neck lines rendered three of them unsuitable. The fourth is just okay.
Also ordered a pair of earrings but the ‘star’ on one of them was missing; how did this pass quality control?
Adding insult to injury, I was offered only a voucher as replacement as refunds are not given against earrings. I accept this policy for hygiene reasons in normal circumstances, but not when the goods are faulty.
I fear change on the horizon as Fat Face loses its identity under the Next umbrella.

Also cardigan nice but not a good fit so sadly had to return. Sale item so couldn’t get next size.

I've bought a lot of clothes from fat face, they last for years. The quality is simply superb, and reasonably priced. The staff are always very helpful, friendly and polite. It's definitely my goodness to shop.
