exceptional customer service at the store in The Springs in Leeds. I have been a regular customer since it opened.....i only own fatface dresses...and without fail your staff are wonderful. I especially want to commend Angela who has been so helpful through all my purchases, returns and more purchase...she is really is what people like me, with not a lot of confidence need

The shop could do with a tidy but aside from that everything’s good - pleasant and friendly staff, good gear and fast delivery.
Aiesys wait for a sale though - if you buy at full price you’ll get screwed 24hours later when everything is 25% off.

Lovely choices
Lovely choice, great fabrics, always feel good in what I pick. The whole family have bought loads recently ready for a cruise holiday. Was hard to stop buying tbh😀 The springs store is lovely. Lots of room to move around and big changing rooms

Excellent service The Springs Leeds
My first time in a Fat Face store and it was an excellent experience, the clothes are of a really good quality and feel well made, I purchased the Tasha denim jacket from The Springs store in Leeds. Angela served me and she was so friendly and had great customer service skills. I will be back

Ordering online was easy. Communication was good and items arrived when I was told they would. Staff at The Springs were very polite and helpful, even packing the items in my bag for me.

Lovely soft leather boots, however unfortunately I had to return them as they were too small ( I am a normal size 5). Helpful staff.
