FatFace - MILTON KEYNES 2 Avis 

I had seen a belt I was interested in online but wasn't sure whether to order a M or L size. I thought it easier to go to a store to try them. I went to the Milton Keynes branch to ask and a really helpful assistant explained that they only had a few on display but asked me to look on their screen to point out the one I wanted as they had more in the stockroom. I did so & luckily they had both in store & I was able to try them on & choose the correct one (M). Arna was extremely helpful, proactive, patient, informative and pleasant. She is an asset to your company. Thank you!

My first visit to a Fatrace shop, this one was in Milton Keynes, and I was extremely impressed with the merchandise. The first lady I asked if I could try a dress on. She was extremely helpful and guided me to the fitting room. Tried the dress on and decided to purchase. The assistant at the checkout, Teigan, was truely brilliant, so polite and helpful. Such a lovely experience, which is hard to find these days. I definitely will be returning.

The size 6 regular clothes fit perfectly. The online delivery came as scheduled. The one return to the shop was exceedingly easy and the refund came very quickly. It was altogether an excellent online experience.

The staff is so helpful and friendly! Always on hand to help.

I found 2 very good summer skirts on sale. I did a click & collect which is easy & great service. I'm currently considering ordering 2 more I found online on sale. Works for me!

It was simple and straight forward, delivery as punctual ladies in Milton Keynes branch where I collected the order were polite courteous and lovely. Couldn't have asked for more.The items were lovely good quality sizings are great love fat face Thank you.

Easy to pop in the store and return my item, love being able to look for something else.

I had seen a long sleeved T shirt on the web site but I couldn’t find it in the Milton Keynes store so I asked the assistant - Victoria- if it was in stock. After checking for me Victoria said that it was not in store but she offered to order it for me to be delivered to my home for a small fee or to collect FOC within 48 hours. In fact the item arrived for collection the very next day and was a good fit and quality. An excellent service from an efficient and friendly assistant.

Easy to order on line, I was kept informed and it was easy to collect at my local Next store.

I was notified well and the goods were waiting for me. N.B. Not everyone has a Smart-phone, please take this into account.

i’ve always been happy with bits tops, blouses and skirts from fat face I will say this is the first time I bought a dress and I absolutely love it so please with it and love it feels comfy and I love that type of style seems to suit me thank you fat face
