Window display caught my eye
Lovely shop. I was walking by because I had intended to buy a coat from another shop. As I was walking by a cardigan in the window caught my eye. I went into Fat Face and the first thing I saw was a lovely coat. It was exactly what I was looking for. A very friendly man served me at the cash desk. Oh and I bought the cardigan too.

The staff were very helpful and smiley. I was bringing something back so a refund was necessary. The service was quick and efficient. I went on to have a lovely chat with the member of staff and ultimately went on to choose something else that is well made and more to my liking 👍

Very easy ordering (and returns)
Very easy ordering (and returns). Great selection of clothing etc. in nice styles and sometimes ethical fabric. The staff in the morpeth store (which i visit often!) are very friendly and helpful which makes the shopping experience always pleasant 😊. Highly recommended.
