Best shopping experience
I have never had such a happy shopping experience like today. I arrived to the store unsure of what to get for a date, I didn’t know where to start.
Hannah approached me, she was so friendly, and when I told her I was gonna have a date and needed an outfit, she took the job seriously, not only she gave me options, she helped me find my perfect size, which surprised me as it was many sizes smaller than what I thought I was. I left the store feeling so good about myself.
Hannah was so nice, welcoming and friendly, it felt like I was shopping with a friend, and I know if I ever need to buy anything else, she will be the one I will go to!
This is an example of excellent customer service!!

Really helpful staff to locate the cardigan size on line as not in store. Lovely product. Sizing varies a lot from style to style so on line not so good to judge.

Beautiful top. Very well made. Think it will be in my wardrobe for a long time. Also returned one top to shop. Nothing wrong with it just “wasn’t me” lovely staff very friendly.

Amazing staff
The staff were amazing! Needed to return items but e-receipt from another store not received due to a typo. Katie found the receipt on the system and sorted it all. They couldn’t have been more helpful or reassuring. Thank you so very much
